A Whole New World...

I know it has been FOREVER! But alas, I'm here and updating. We are Moving! as of January we will be moving closer to our jobs. We are hoping to move to Covina, CA and have found a cute little apartment. We will be able to save tons on gas and just be much happier and focus on really getting out of debt.
Justin is LOVING his job! The hours are very long and he is exhaursted, but he can't complain, the work is so gratifying and he loves everyone he works with! I am also Loving my job. I love working at the office i do. I am so blessed to work with an amazing, small group of people. We all get along so well and work so graciously together~

We are well on our way of getting out of debt in the last couple months we have demolished two credits cards out of our program and in 2 more we will have another gone! We only have the high balance ones left. It has been a very long, hard road but we are doing it and finally have a light at the end of the tunnel. We are truely feeling blessed these days. Although we are working alot, it is paying off and we are just one step closer to becoming debt free and LIVING debt free!

More new and exciting things....

So I started a new job as well this week. I ran into my old architect boss that I worked for in Glendora. Two weeks later I am working 30 hours a week for him! I am done with cleaning (and being sick) and just feel very blessed for the work I was given through that job, but very blessed and happy that I am working back in the best job I ever had. He is an awesome Christian man, who runs his company with pride and provides an incredibly positive work environment. I love everyone I work with and they are all still there! So much fun!

For the first time in a long time, things in life are actually starting to fall into place we feel. In January our lease is up on our apartment in Fullerton and we will most likely be moving to the Glendora/Covina/wherever area! Since justin is working in Duarte and me in Glendora, it just makes sense. We were finally able to attend church together after 2 months of having conflicting schedules and actually working on Sundays, so that was really nice.

As of right now I currently work monday through friday 8 am to 2pm at Aday Architects and am working 20 additional hours at Starbucks in Brea. I am one busy girl and am finding myself to be very tired. Prayers for energy and strength would be much appreciated, but we both have a goal in mind, so it makes it easier! We are on for the challenge!

We just celebrated our 2 year anniversary on August 23rd. We decided to go down to Temecula and go wine tasting! We had some free coupons, and stayed one night in a very nice hotel we found on priceline.com. We had a very enjoyable time! I can't believe how two years has flown by. It was a long haul, but it's all worth it and I thank God everyday that He gave Justin to me.

Well.... I think that's all for now. hope everyone is having a good couple weeks!

love you!

Justin's First Couple Days!

Sooo... Justin started Yesterday at City of Hope! He had so much information he had to learn and test on, but it is going great! Today he is on the floor while his training nurse has to deal with some other employees. So far so good, but he says he's really tired from being on his feet all day. Such a big change, but such a wonderful change! We are just going to have to adjust to his 4/10hr. schedule. He usually leaves at 6 am and doesnt' get home till about 6:30p.m. So i try to have dinner ready when he gets home so he can relax and not worry about it. Tonight he is working with his carpet cleaning at his usual once a month night restaurant clean. He is definately going to sleep well tonight! We are so blessed to have such amazing work! God is truely providing for us as we are trying to get out of debt. Thank you for the continued prayers as we hike up this mountain of our journey!

A New Adventure!

So... Justin just got a new job! He was just given the offer on Tuesday, and he is giving his 2 week notice tomorrow morning! We are so excited and have been praying so faithfully that God would show us where He wants us. I think He answered! Justin is exstatic! He can't wait to be apart of something that can change and save peoples lives. He will be working in the Donor Center and will be setting up and tearing down blood drives as well as working in the Donor Center. There is no pay raise, but there is guaranteed overtime, as well as amazing benefits that start after 30 days! At his current job, there is no overtime and he hasn't recieved a raise in over 3 years. He will be getting annual raises, as well as merrit raises! Praise God!
As for myself, I am still cleaning for Dutch Brother Janitorial, as well as I have a few clients on my own. I am anxious to see where God is is going lead us!

Well that's all for now, hopefully I can find the camera charger and I can get some up to date pictures on here!
